Project enquiries
We collect the contact and project details you choose to submit so we can review your enquiry and respond. These may include your name, email, phone, country, company, game requirements, budget, timeline and message. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in a private database and accessed through the authenticated studio dashboard. When notification email is configured, the submission is also sent to the studio’s designated inbox through its email provider. Your address is used as Reply-To so the studio can respond directly. Enquiry data is not sold.
Optional analytics
With analytics consent, we record page views, approximate country where available, article views and enquiry-button activity using a pseudonymous browser identifier. Form contents are not included in analytics events. You can reject optional tracking or change your choice using Cookie Settings in the footer. See the cookie policy for details.
Retention and service providers
Information is retained for handling the enquiry and any resulting project relationship, with periodic review for deletion. The website uses Cloudflare hosting and database services. Resend is used only when email notifications are configured. Service providers may process data internationally; project-specific data arrangements are agreed separately where required.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information, subject to applicable legal requirements, by using the contact form. State that your message concerns privacy and include only enough information to identify the request. Marketing consent is not required to make a project enquiry.
